Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, and contactable by phone within 2 hours of the service.

We pick you up
Allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes for pick ups. The run to the airport takes about 25 minutes.

Luggage and cancellations
Luggage allowance
Shared ride passengers carry one standard international bag (23 kg maximum) and one carry-on bag at no charge. Extra items are NZD $8.00 each.
Cancellations
All booking cancellations incur a minimum cancellation fee equating to 15% of the scheduled fare amount. No-shows are charged the full fare unless the flight arrival time has changed or the booking is cancelled 60 or more minutes before travel.
